How to order

Detail your custom request:
If you would like to order a custom artwork, please send us a message specifying your preferred size, any special images you would like included, and the type of hair you wish to use in the artwork. -
Submit photos:
Upload multiple clear, high-resolution photos of your pet. The more images you provide, the better the result! Ideally, include close-up shots of your pet’s face and/or full-body images to ensure accuracy in the portrait. -
Receive your quote:
Once we receive your message and photos, we will contact you with a personalised quote for the artwork, including framing and shipping costs. -
Complete payment:
After receiving your quote, you can proceed with payment. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a collection kit to gather your pet’s hair. -
Send pet hair:
Use the provided pre-paid envelope to return your pet’s hair to us. Once received, we will begin creating your custom artwork. -
Artwork creation:
We will notify you via email once your artwork is complete. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for the creation process.
